The Center for Economic Behavior and Decision-  making (CEBD) at the Zhejiang University of      Finance and Economics was founded on 26 March,    2016. The president of the academic committee of    the center is Professor Hang Ye. The director of the   center is Professor Xinbo Lu.  The vice director of    the center is Dr. Jun Luo. The Chinese abbreviation    of the center name is Shengbo, which means striving   for success in Chinese.

     The Neuro & Behavior EconLab (NBEL) affiliated with the center locates at the third floor of the Student Center at the university. The NBEL covers an area of 500 square meters, consisting of a 300 square meter laboratory, and a 200 square  meter terrace, which can be used for hosting symposiums or seminars. The laboratory consists of 40 computers and various modern experimental equipment, namely, fNIRS, tDCS, EEG, eye tracking, and multi-channel physiologic recorder.

      CEBD brings together researchers from different disciplines and endeavors to explore the innovation for the theoretical bases and research methods of economics critically by using scientific experimental methods (including behavioral experiments, neuro scientific methods and computer simulations).
